很多时候，我们希望被理解

很多时候，我们希望被明白
但往往，在一个不得已的情况之下，我们以为选择沉默可为我们带来平静 ✌️；殊不知，选择沉默却浮生了一个病态，也就是抑郁。🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♀️
那什么是抑郁❓
我要如何察觉自己是否已“染上”了抑郁❓
如果今天我真的被抑郁“盯上”了，我该继续选择沉默，还是。。。。。。。
我可以有更好的方法去管理这情绪❓

#SungaiKeroh 2024清洁河流运动于3月2日成功举办！
感谢20 位热心志愿者的参与。尽管活动当天水流比较急，但大家依然全力以赴，为环境保护出一份力。
这是 #智者善观协会 第二年和 #ReimaginePlastic 联办清洁河流运动，主要让参与者通过下河打捞堆积的垃圾，进而养成减少垃圾的习惯和学习垃圾分类。
虽然这次只打捞到20kg的垃圾，但每一件垃圾的清理都对我们的河流和大自然有着重要的影响。让我们继续共同努力，保护我们珍贵的环境！
#SungaiKeroh River Clean-Up Campaign 2024 was successfully held on March 2nd.
We appreciate the participation of 20 dedicated volunteers. Despite the swift water flow on the day of the event, everyone put in their best effort to contribute to environmental protection.
This marks the second year of collaboration between #SocietyofSanguineSage and #ReimaginePlastic for the river clean-up campaign, aimed at encouraging participants to develop habits of reducing waste and learning waste sorting by clearing accumulated trash from the river.
Although only 20kg of trash was collected this time, every piece cleared has a significant impact on our rivers and nature. Let's continue to work together to protect our precious environment! .

#智者善观协会 举办的 “关爱传真情。情暖老人心” 送暖活动 圆满举行，感谢志工和善心人士的热烈支持，捐赠善款还有出席送暖活动，在你们的热烈支持和踊跃参与下，#三清宫慈善福利会老人院 45位公公婆婆玩得开心，笑得开怀。🍊🧧
这是本会 第二度举办送暖活动，有超过50位会员、志工和善心人士出席，身体力行送暖给长辈，除了现场派发红包送上祝福，也陪伴他们吃饭聊天。
大家也在现场载歌载舞，为公公婆婆们带来精彩表演，喜欢热闹的他们马上加入行列，一起高歌和跳舞，玩得不亦乐乎。💃🕺🎤
本会再次感谢所有all 志工和善心人士们的捐赠与参与。💞
The "Sending Love and Warmth to Our Elders Support & Donation" event organized by the #SocietyofSanguineSage was successfully held. With your enthusiastic support and active participation, 45 elders at the #SamChingKongOldFolksHome had a joyful and heartwarming time, laughing and smiling. 🍊🧧
This is the second time we have organized warmth giving event, with over 50 members, volunteers, and kind-hearted individuals attending. They not only distributed and pow but also accompanied the elders for meals and conversations.
Everyone also danced and sang on the scene, bringing wonderful performances for the elders. The lively elders, who enjoy festivities, immediately joined in, singing and dancing together, having a great time. 💃🕺🎤
Once again, we express our gratitude to all generous donors and participants. 💞

The Society of Sanguine Sage's "2024 Annual Lunch Party" marked a successful celebration of its first anniversary.
The event, designed to review 2023 achievements and unveil plans for 2024, showcased the society's commitment to promoting a culture of goodness and enhancing quality of life. Highlights included a delightful singing bowl sound bath, a talented Sichuan opera face-changing performance by 李柏霖, and a lively "Hai Cao Wu" （海草舞）dance by enthusiastic volunteers. The event received a warm welcome, with the God of Wealth distributing red envelopes and spreading good wishes.
The Society of Sanguine Sage expresses gratitude to members and the public for their support and looks forward to seeing everyone again next year!
